Chinese Police Seize Elaborate Streaming Video Camera Hidden in Ruler Used To Cheat on High School Exams.

Police in Jilin Province recently seized equipment used for cheating on high school exams including a mini camera hidden inside of a ruler that sends streaming video to ‘experts’ who then send the correct answers back to the student via a nearly invisible earphone.
