See this guy at the top there, see how next to his name it says “House Of Representatives,” this dude does PUBLIC RELATIONS for a US Representative. Like c’mon.

And possibly the funniest thing, the article he’s so mad about, mad enough to publicly embarrass himself by asking for one of our editors’ suicide note? It’s a post called 84 Things Not On An Everything Bagel.

Oh, and here’s the best part, he’s a government worker, so these are publicly available:

OMG & LOL at the same time. ON. BLAST.

HEY NEWSWEEK!

Yes, Alex Laska made a dick move but when did a Legitimate News Organization get into the business of reposting dox on someone?

If this were just about “public servant leaves threatening comment on BuzzFeed thread, BuzzFeed editor punches bach” that would have been fine but the “OMG & LOL at the same time. ON. BLAST.” comment just seems… wrong.

As both Chris and Amanda have also noted, bullying bullies should be beneath you.

Update: yes, Ryan did what he did from his personal account. In a moment of rage, I’d maybe do the same. But it should be pretty clear that my issue isn’t with BuzzFeed, it’s with Newsweek.
